Return & Refund Policy

At Island Vibe Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your "Fireplace Flame Humidifier with Remote & Aromatherapy" for any reason, our Return & Refund Policy allows you to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

3.2 Process for Returns

• Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
• Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

3.3 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as personalized products or sale items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product description before purchasing.
